My journey began as a competitive skater in Wisconsin. After college, while living in Paris, I dove into meaningful movement, nutrition, and yoga—discovering the power of balance in a demanding lifestyle.

I later developed a corporate wellness program for a Fortune 500 company based on Fuel, Fitness, and Focus, a philosophy that continues to support thousands of employees nationwide.

Today, I bring that same philosophy to my studio—delivering clear, accessible, high-level coaching directly to you.
